Seasonal highlights such as the northern lights, blue moments of wintry nature, midnight sun and autumn colours are priceless natural wonders which are cherished by our visitors time after time.

You might think we are located in the middle of nowhere and indeed you are quite right. It is quiet here, the air and snow are pure, nor have we city lightning ruining our northern light views. Still, we are easily accessed, only 1 hour (67km) drive away from the closest airport and railway station which you find together with Santa's post office from the town of Rovaniemi.

This modern arctic town is also the vivid capital of Lapland and for example the home of interesting Arctic science and exhibition Center "Arktikum". It takes just about an hour to reach the town and to explore its offerings and to return safely before the dinner back in the warmth of your cosy chalet.
